No Refund Policy

All purchases on Joogate are final and non-refundable. Because our products are digital downloads (PDF exam preparation materials) that are delivered immediately upon payment, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the material has been provided.

Exception

A full refund will be issued only if Joogate fails to deliver the purchased material within the stated delivery window (24–48 hours). If you have not received your order within this period, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve the matter promptly or issue a full refund.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to provide transaction evidence to your payment provider and contest the dispute.
