1. Products and Delivery
Joogate sells digital exam preparation materials in PDF format. All purchases are delivered electronically to your registered email address within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment. No physical goods are shipped. If you do not receive your order within this window, contact us immediately at [email protected].
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on Joogate. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our authorised payment gateway. Joogate does not store payment card details.
4. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because our products are digital files that are delivered immediately upon order confirmation, purchases are non-refundable once the material has been provided. The sole exception is if Joogate fails to deliver the purchased material within the stated delivery window, in which case a full refund will be issued. See our full Refund Policy.
5. Licence and Permitted Use
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to use the downloaded materials for your own study purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, upload, share, or otherwise make the materials available to any third party, in whole or in part, by any means.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Joogate, including exam preparation materials, text, graphics, and the site design, is the property of Joogate or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Accuracy of Materials
Joogate exam preparation materials are designed to assist study and are not a guarantee of exam success. Certification exam formats and content are controlled by the respective certification bodies and may change. Joogate is not affiliated with any certification vendor unless explicitly stated.
8. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. Joogate is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use automated tools to scrape or harvest content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; use the site for any unlawful purpose; or impersonate any person or entity.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Joogate provides the site and materials on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Joogate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
